Admission Process
1. Consultation
- Comprehensive consultation on studentswanting
to study abroad.
- Consultation through detailed interview concerning
the choice of school, application, admission
changes, the scale of the schools and etc.
2. Document preparation
- Send e-mail and you will be able to get the
list of documents that needs to be prepared.
3. Acceptance Letter
- Short Term Students - Must arrive one week
before or after the application date.
- Long Term Students - The acceptance of admissions
will be sent out in between 2-3 months. After
your application date
4. Visa Application
- When the acceptance of admission arrives,
students must send admission fees.
- Then, the visa is issued. Then, the students
must pay the tution.
5. Issuance of Visa
- With an acceptance letter for admission,
including permission to study abroad and
passport, you must go to Japanese Embassy
and receive your Visa on your passports.
6. Orientation
- When you arrive in Japan, you will have an
orientation about the schedule, the life
in Japan, campus life, and general information
about the dangers they might face.
7. Acquiring Airline Tickets and Preparation
for Departure
- When departing, try to have the morning flight.

8. Departure Prodedure
- At the time of departure procedure, you must
acquire an airline ticket and E.D. card that
comes with the ticket.
